HMD Global has once strengthened its position in the feature phone market with the launch of new Nokia 106 and Nokia 230. While Nokia 106 gets improved with several features, 230 on the other hand gets added new color variants.
For starters, the Nokia 106 is the revised old model with same name that was unveiled globally in August 2013, and the latest addition here is the dual SIM slot, besides the added memory making the contact storage to 2,000 (up from 500) and 500 text messages. The feature phone arrives with 4 MB RAM, and the standard games such as classic Snake Xenzia ,Nitro Racing, Danger Dash, and Tetris among others.
In terms of design, Nokia 106 is built with tough polycarbonate and looks more ergonomic than its predecessor. The larger battery promises to deliver up to 21 days of standby time or 15 hours of talk time on a single charge.
